Documents, Guides/Workflows, Tools

The next three icons are Documents Documents icon, Guides/Workflows Guides icon, and Tools Tools icon. When opened, each of these menus can be resized by dragging it to the size you want from the bottom right corner of the menu.

The Documents menu houses all of your Logos documents and contains links to documents others have shared publicly or with a group you are a member of. You can browse or search the available documents, share them with your Faithlife groups, or create new documents from this menu.

Notifications

Sometimes, a Notification icon appears between the Close All and Synchronization icons. This takes the form of a blue circle with a white number inside. You can click it to see what the notifications relate to and clear individual notifications when you no longer want to see them.

If you are an Logos subscriber giving you access to AI credits, this icon also serves as an indicator to show how much of your monthly credit allowance you have used.

So the icon can appear in three different ways:

  • Notification : Indicates that there are three notifications pending
  • AI Credits - 80% : Indicates that there are three notifications pending and how many of your allocated AI credits you have used for the month
  • AI Credits - 80% : Indicates how many of your allocated AI credits you have used for the month

You can control whether or not these notifications occur using the Show the Notification Bar toggle in Program Settings.
