Note: Available to all subscriptions and in all legacy packages Starter and above.
Logos allows you to preview, print, copy, or save content from many resources and tools using the Print/Export dialog. You only need to press Cmd+P (Mac) or Ctrl+P (Windows) to open the dialog in a floating window. From a book, you can also find the option on the Share tab on the resource toolbar.
Generally, the print and export functions are standard across Logos features, however, there can be variations, such as “Bibliography only,” depending on the panel.
Note: For reasons of copyright, you cannot print or export more than 100 pages of any resource at one time. For best results, do not print/export from dark mode.

Using the Print Selection Sidebar
Print Selection Sidebar
In the Print/Export dialog, the following options are available in the Print Settings Sidebar on the left:
- Margins: Choose from Normal, Narrow, Moderate, or Wide margins.
- Columns: Auto lets Logos decide how many columns to use in printing your content, where Single prints the content in the standard single-column format.
- Some features include a Print as shown on screen radio button. Where that is available, there will also be the alternate radio button: Print as exported. Where the number of displayed items is too large to fit on one page, Logos provides the option to print Visible results only.
- Some panels, such as Sentence Diagram documents, include a Fit to page checkbox.
- For most resources, you can choose whether to print selected text, filtered text, specific pages (or verses), or specific sections.
