While the library available in Logos is extensive, you can also add print books that you own to your Logos library for searches by either scanning their ISBN or by searching for the book in the Logos catalog. After being added to your library, your print books are included in Logos search results and in certain Factbook sections. The search results for printed books guide you to the page number to read in your physical book.

Note: Available in Logos Pro subscriptions and higher, as well as the legacy Logos 10 Full Feature Set.

In order to detect the ISBN number on your books, you must give the Logos app permission to access the camera on your mobile device. Then, with book's ISBN number in the view finder, Logos will identify the book and match it to what is available from the Logos catalog.
Depending on the book, there are five possible results:
-
Exact Match – If an exact match is found for the ISBN, the book is automatically added to your print library.
-
Related Matches – If you would like to use a related match, tap the book. A notification will pop up on the bottom of your mobile device saying that the book is added to your Print Library. Otherwise, select “Done” to return to the ISBN Scanner.
-
ISBN Not Found – A message at the bottom of the screen tells you that the ISBN was not found. Select “Done” to return to the ISBN Scanner.
-
Title Not in Logos Catalog – A message at the bottom of the screen tells you that the book is currently not available in the Logos catalog.
