Connect Logos for Church to Planning Center

Print Friendly and PDF

If your church uses Planning Center to manage your people, you can connect it directly to Logos for Church. Once the integration is set up, Logos automatically syncs your lists and assigns licenses—so you don't have to manage each member manually.

What you'll need

  • A Logos for Church subscription

  • Admin access to your Planning Center (PCO) account

  • Two PCO lists ready to go: one for attendees and one for leaders

Set up the integration

After checkout on Logos.com, you'll land in the Logos Admin Portal. Here's how to connect Planning Center:

  1. On the Dashboard, click Add more in the Add members tile.

  2. Select the Import via Planning Center tab.

  3. Sign in with your Planning Center credentials if prompted, then click Allow to grant Logos access to your Planning Center account.

  4. Select the two PCO lists you want to sync:

    • Your Members list — these members will receive a Logos Plus license.

    • Your Leadership list — these members will receive a Logos Pro license.

  5. Assign a product level to each list: Logos Plus for attendees, Logos Pro for leaders.

  6. Confirm your selections and finalize the integration.

What happens next

The sync completes quickly. Each person on your lists receives an email with instructions for creating a Logos account (if they don't have one) and getting started with the software.

You can confirm the sync was successful by checking the People tab in the Admin Portal.

Managing the integration later

To adjust your integration, go to the Integrations page in the Admin Portal.

  • Disconnect removes the Planning Center connection entirely.

  • Manage  lets you change which lists you're syncing.

To stop syncing a specific list, run the setup wizard again and uncheck that list. Note that removing a list from sync doesn't revoke licenses that have already been assigned—it only prevents future additions from that list.
