How do I access my course?

If you know the name of your course

  1. Click the Library icon .
  2. Type the course number (e.g. CS251) or a relevant portion of the course title (African American Church) in the Library search bar and Enter.

  1. Logos displays the corresponding course. Click to open.

Note: Logos remembers where you left off in a course and will open it to where you left off the next time you open the course.

If you don’t know the name of your course

  1. Click the Library icon , and select the Navigation Drawer icon .
  2. Scroll down to Series and click Logos Mobile Education.

  1. Scroll through the courses in your Library until you find the one you're looking for.
  2. Click the course name to open it.

What’s the best way to complete a course?

Mobile Ed courses offer several levels of study. You can watch the videos in order, or slow down and dig deeper into topics through supplemental reading found in the reading links after each segment. Quizzes and activities will help you assess your learning and provide more opportunities to reflect on the content.

 

Is there a list of all readings available for my course?

Yes. A spreadsheet listing each resource referenced is available in the Faithlife group specific to each course.

 

What is the purpose of the course readings?

Our editors go through the material and carefully select readings that best complement the speakers’ content. Our goal with the course readings is to provide you with relevant readings that will enhance the course, further your learning, and help you make better use of your Logos library.

 

Are books for course readings included in the price of the course?

Readings in Mobile Ed courses come from books published by a variety of publishers and are not included in the price of the course.

 

Who sees my quiz scores?

Quizzes in each Mobile Ed course are for self-assessment only. You can take each quiz as many times as you like to check your comprehension of the material.

 

What if I experience a problem accessing a course in Logos?

What if I experience a problem accessing a course in a mobile app?

Most problems that occur within the app can be resolved by updating to the current version, re-establishing your internet connection, manually restarting the app, or reinstalling the app. Please attempt these solutions before filing a report.

 

Does Logos Mobile Education offer payment plans?

Yes. Shop as usual! You will be presented with a payment plan option in your cart on logos.com, or call 800-875-6467 and ask a sales representative to assist you with a payment plan.  We offer payment plan options from 2 months to 20 months, depending on the size of your purchase.
