Reset a Workspace for Logos on mobile

Resetting a Workspace in the Logos mobile application may be necessary if Logos will not open.

Skip ahead to:





  1. Enter in the main Android search bar on your home screen.
  2. When prompted, tap the icon for the app that is not opening.
  3. You may need to tap JUST ONCE before this app will open.



  1. Close all apps on this device.
  2. Open the iOS Settings.
  3. Find Logos in the list.
  4. Tap the toggle next to Reset Workspace.
  5. Open the Logos app.


Please uninstall Logos and reinstall if the above steps do not resolve the problem.
