Problems with LEB Audio in the Mobile app?

Problem:

The LEB audio doesn’t work.

Solution:

Are you online or offline? If you're offline, have you downloaded the LEB media resources?

Note: The LEB media resources are a separate download.

Problem:

When I try to play audio for the LEB Old Testament, it goes to Matthew 1:1.

Solution:

The LEB audio only includes the New Testament, which is why it navigates to Matthew 1:1.
