You can save any group of tabs as a layout for use later. Choose a layout to switch out your open resources for your saved layout.
Note: On tablet devices, you can have up to six open tabs at a time and use link sets to make sure your tabs all move together.

How to Create a Layout
A layout is a collection of open resources, tools, and documents. You can add items to your current layout in a variety of ways. For example:
- Open a resource in a new tile group: Tap Library and open a resource.
- Split an existing tile: Tap the panel menu icon
, choose Split tile, and select a new resource.
- Switch out an existing resource: Tap the panel menu icon
, choose Change resource, and select a new resource.
- Use the Layout presets (iPad only): Tap the Layouts icon
, select a present, tap the Plus icon
to add additional resources.

How to Save a Layout
You can save any collection or tiles for use at a later time.
- Tap the Layout view icon
while viewing any resource.
- Tap the layout indicator below the tile group(s)

Tap Save as new layout
- Give your layout a recognizable name like “Romans Sermon Series Notes” or “Bible and Commentary.”
Note: Layouts sync between mobile devices, but not between mobile and desktop.
Open a Saved Layout
Open any saved layout to replace your currently-opened tabs with your selection.
- Tap the Layout view icon
while viewing any resource.
- Tap the layout indicator below the tile group(s)
- Tap the saved layout you want to open.
Change or Delete a Saved Layout
You can change or delete a saved layout in a variety of ways.
- Tap the Layout view icon
while viewing any resource.
- Tap the layout indicator below the tile group(s)

Tap the more options indicator to reveal options. Choose between options like Rename, Duplication, or Delete.
To update an existing Layout, choose Save changes for your currently opened Layout.
