The Logos Dashboard provides quick access to many tools, resources, and training tips, as well as news about Logos and special deals on resources.
Note: This feature is available in all subscription tiers.
Note: To navigate back to the Dashboard at any time, click the Dashboard icon in the upper-left corner of the application.
The Dashboard is composed of three areas: the Search section, where smart searches help you find answers quickly in your resources; the Get Started section, which displays cards that open features like Layouts, Reading Plans, and Workflows that allow you to jump right into your study; and the Explore section, which displays cards linking to a wealth of content, like verse of the day art, articles, and interviews.
Smart Search
The Search section employs Logos's powerful Smart Search, which leverages AI to answer natural-language questions so you can find answers quickly without having to know special syntax. Start typing the subject you would like to know more about in the search bar and choose between searching your Bible or searching your resources.
Get Started
The Get Started section features several cards that open particular tasks or documents. You can add additional cards by clicking at the top of the section. Next, select the card type you’d like to add, and mark the checkboxes for the specific cards you want to add. Then, click Add. You can also rearrange cards by clicking and dragging them to the desired location. Finally, you can remove existing cards by clicking the card’s More Actions Menu
and selecting Remove card.

Editing Your Dashboard

You can also navigate to Program Settings by clicking the main toolbar More Actions Menu in the lower-left corner and selecting Program Settings.
At the top of the Dashboard, the Settings icon allows you to choose the number of columns displayed (3, 4, 5, or Auto). Logos will automatically adjust the number of columns depending on the size of the Logos window and the selected Program/Content Scaling. This menu also allows users who have paid for a Logos package to toggle the marketing banner on or off.

It only takes a few taps to dive right into your biblical studies from the Dashboard. And to make things even easier, the mobile app provides several easy ways to do it.
Search
The search bar at the top of the Dashboard allows you to search your Library, jump to Factbook entries, or enter a biblical passage. When you type a passage into the Search bar, Logos will open your preferred Bible to that reference.

From here, you can tap through from book to chapter to verse to open your preferred Bible to exactly the location you want.
Saved and Quickstart Layouts
Another handy option to quickly get into your study of the Bible is to use one of the Quickstart Layouts in the Get Started section of your Dashboard. Logos provides two options to choose from: the Bible and Commentary layout or the Bible and Study Bible layout. Both layout cards show thumbnails of the resources that will open.
