How to Install and Uninstall the Logos Mobile App

Installing and uninstalling the Logos Mobile App from your device is a simple process. Follow the directions below to install or uninstall the app from your iOS or Android device.

Install the Logos Mobile App

iOS

  1. Tap the button for the App Store.

  2. Navigate to the search bar and enter Logos Bible .

  3. Select the Logos app you wish to install and tap the Install button.

  4. After the app has installed, exit the App Store.

  5. Tap on the Logos app icon and enter the email address and password that you use to sign in to your web/desktop Logos account.

  6. You will remain automatically logged in to the app.

Android

  1. Tap the button for the Play Store. 

  2. Enter Logos Bible in the search bar. 

  3. Select the Logos app you wish to install to open the app's page.

  4. Tap Install to begin installing the app.

  5. The Play Store may prompt you to set any applicable Permissions associated with the app.

  6. After the app has installed, exit the Play Store. 

  7. Tap the Logos app icon and enter the email address and password that you use to sign in to your web/desktop Logos account.

  8. You will remain automatically logged in to the app.

Uninstall the Logos Mobile App

Uninstalling the Logos Mobile App may resolve problems where Logos :

  • No longer opens
  • Crashes when performing an action
  • Shows that the library is empty

     

iOS

Occasionally, the Logos Mobile App may become damaged or corrupted and need to be reinstalled. Follow the steps below to uninstall the app, then follow the directions above to reinstall it. 

Note: you can use these instructions for any Faithlife App.

  1. Touch and hold the app icon.
  2. Tap Delete App.
  3. Tap Delete.

The Logos Mobile App is now uninstalled. Any saved user info and downloaded books are removed from your device. Any book you previously downloaded will attempt to re-download when you reinstall and sign into the app.

  2. Tap on Apps, then See all apps if Logos doesn't already appear in your Recently opened apps.
  3. Tap the Logos Bible app icon.
  4. From here, you can clear all data, like offline books and account information, by tapping Storage & cache followed by the relevant Clear button.
  5. To uninstall completely, tap the Uninstall button.

The Logos Mobile App is now uninstalled. Any saved user info and downloaded books are removed from your device. Any book you previously downloaded will attempt to re-download when you reinstall and sign into the app.
