Problem:

Faithlife app is not opening properly, or is requesting you sign in multiple times on an Android device.

Step 1: Uninstall Apps

Uninstall your Faithlife apps. Your account data should be synchronized to our servers automatically, so you will not lose any data, but you will be required to redownload any offline resources you may have previously downloaded.

Step 2: Delete Faithlife Sync Account

Please Note: These steps may vary slightly on different devices and different versions of Android OS.

  1. Navigate to your device's Settings menu.
  2. Scroll down to Accounts or Accounts and Sync.
    Some devices may show accounts immediately, and some may require you first open the Accounts menu.
  3. Select the "Faithlife" account.
  4. Tap the 3-Dots or Options button.
  5. Choose "Delete" or "Remove Account".

Step 3: Reinstall

You can now reinstall the Faithlife app(s). You will be asked to sign into your account when you open the app. After signing in, your account should be remembered in the future, or when signing into any other Faithlife apps.
