Logos offers a 30-day money-back-guarantee on all non-subscription products. Once your product is returned, we will process your refund within seven to ten business-days. Any specific item may be returned only once for the lifetime of your account. Monthly service fees associated with payment plans are nonrefundable.

We do not accept returns on subscription products. To end your subscription, turn off auto-renew, and cancel future payments – or to ensure you don't pay after your free trial ends – visit the Subscriptions tab in your account.  Click here to learn about our subscription auto-renew policy.


To return a product, email customerservice@logos.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email used when making your purchase.
  • The order number.
  • The reason you want to return the product

A customer service representative will reply concerning the status of your return.
