In some instances this behavior can occur when the Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) and CA certificates are not updating locally. This is not a problem with Logos, but is a problem with the local CRL and CA certificates.
Confirm the problem
- Copy and past the following URL into a Safari browser: https://resources.logoscdn.com
- Click the lock icon to the left of the URL.
- You will likely see a message that "This certificate has an invalid issuer."
Note In rare cases the lock icon may not appear in the address bar. If this happens to you, please follow the instructions linked to below
This message indicates (in this case) that the local CRL and CA needs to be updated.
