The application process is simple, and the discount is applied to your account as soon as you complete the application. 1. Open the Enrollment Form
Navigate to logos.com/academic-discount and click Enroll now. A new tab opens and displays the enrollment form.
Note: If you are not logged in to your account, a login screen appears prior to displaying the enrollment form. Login to your account using the same email and password that you use for Logos. If you do not have an account, you can create a new account. Choose login credentials that you want to use to sign into Logos and your Faithlife account in the future.
2. Complete the Required Fields
Note: Complete all the fields and upload your image before clicking Submit. Incomplete applications are not submitted.
First, select your role.
Next, begin entering your school name in the School Name field. A list of schools matching your entry appears in the drop-down menu. Click your school’s name. (In the event that your school does not appear in the drop-down menu, simply enter the full name of your school and continue.)
Upload your verification document.
Note: The enrollment form accepts most image and document file types. For additional help uploading an image, see the section below.
3. Submit the Form
Click Submit to send your application for review. Logos sends an email to the address associated with your Logos account notifying you that your application has been submitted and is under review. The approval process usually takes 1-2 business days.
4. Begin Shopping
Once you click Submit, you'll have the opportunity to view your application status. To start shopping, click on the magnifying glass in the search bar near the top right corner of the page. Your Academic Discount is automatically applied to purchases for the next six months.
Uploading a Verification Image
The Logos Academic Program requires verification of your student status. Acceptable verification documents include student ID, class schedule, acceptance letter, or letter verifying your enrollment at your school. This proof of student status can be uploaded in the form of most common image or document file types (.jpg, .doc, .pdf, .heic, etc.) A scan or screenshot of your document creates an image in an acceptable format.
To take a screenshot of your verification document:
Mac Users

Open the verification document.
Make sure all required information is visible on the screen.

Capture screenshot.
On your keyboard, press Cmd+Shift+4 to open the screen-shot tool which changes the cursor to a crosshair icon. Click and drag the mouse from the top-left corner to the bottom-right corner of your document. Release the mouse button. A screenshot is automatically saved to your Desktop.

Upload the image to your application.
In step 3, click Choose File and select the image from your Desktop.
Windows Users

Open the verification document.
Make sure all required information is visible on the screen.

Capture screenshot.
Click the Start Menu and type snip. Open the Snip & Sketch tool.
Note: You do not need to click anything before typing. Windows begins searching automatically as you type.
Click New to open a new snip. Click and drag the mouse from the top-left corner to the bottom-right corner of your document. Release the mouse button. The screenshot displays in the center of your screen. Save it to your desired location by clicking the floppy disk icon or by pressing Ctrl+S.

Upload the image to your application.
In step 3, click Choose File and select the image from your saved location.
Check Your Application Status
You can see the status of your application by navigating to https://www.logos.com/account/academic. You can also navigate there by going to your Logos.com account and selecting Academic Program in the panel on the left of the screen. Once your application is submitted, Logos sends an initial email notifying you of your application status and a follow-up email after your application has been processed.
