Logos includes several features enhanced by AI. Because these features use a third-party service, each request draws from a shared pool of credits. Your credits renew each month and don't roll over.
Features that use AI credits are marked with the AI Assistant icon. These include:
For most users, credits aren't something you'll need to think about. Lighter-weight features like Smart Search and article summaries use a small amount of credits per request — you can typically run them hundreds of times before your monthly allotment runs out. More powerful features like Study Assistant, Sermon Assistant Outlines, and Smart Synopsis use more credits per request due to their complexity, but you'll still be able to use them dozens of times each month.
Higher subscription tiers include more monthly credits, so heavier users may find it worth upgrading.
On the Toolbar, a blue ring around the AI Assistant icon or the notifications icon shows your current AI credit usage. Click it to see the percentage of credits you've used and when your credits will refresh.

Note: The blue ring and the AI Assistant icon will only appear after at least one AI credit has been used in the current usage cycle.
If you use all your AI credits, you'll receive an in-app notification. At that point, you can upgrade your plan for a larger monthly allotment, or wait for your credits to renew at the start of your next month.

Note: We adjust credit amounts from time to time as we improve our AI features and as service costs change. Because these adjustments happen fairly regularly, we don't publish exact figures.
