Understanding cookie tracking for affiliate links

Print Friendly and PDF

Referral links are tracked with cookies, which last up to 30 days.

Cookies are pieces of text that communicate between someone’s browser and any website you visit.

After a customer clicks a tracking link, it will allow up to 30 days to purchase, and commission will be attributed to you. The cookies will continue to track the user’s activity during that time even if they leave the page and return to it at a later date.

Note that this is only applicable to the first purchase made after clicking a link.

Since purchasing happens on the customer end, occasionally there may be errors that prevent commission from being tracked (e.g., tracking link blocking software or user error).

Logos cannot guarantee commission due to these unforeseen technical issues. However, feel free to email partnerships@logos.com with any questions or concerns.
