Print Friendly and PDF

Congratulations! Your school is granting you access to Logos Bible Software. With the help of Logos, you will be able to dig deep into God's Word, study theology, and engage in research like never before. To get started, you will need to claim your Logos license, which can be done in a few simple steps.

First, be aware that it is up to your school to decide when to grant you access to Logos. If you aren't sure whether or not your school has assigned a license to you, please contact your school to find out.

Step 1: Open the Email from Logos and Verify Your Email

Once your school grants you access to a Logos license, you will receive an automated email with your claim link like the one below.  The email will come from customerservice@logos.com, and the Subject Line will be "Logos Update: New Product(s) Available". (Please check your Spam folder if needed)

Simply click the "Claim my Product(s)" link in the email to start the process.  Clicking this button will verify your email account and take you to the Claim Dashboard.

(Alternative: Use Your School's Claim URL and Verify Your Account

Your school may provide you with a link to click to claim Logos similar to the one below:

If this is the case, you will need to verify your email address by entering it into the field below.  This must be the same email address used by your school.

Once this is done correctly, you will receive the claim email described in step 1 above.)

Step 2: Connect to a Logos Account

Once you verify your email address and click the "Claim my Product(s)" link in the email, you will be directed to the Claim Dashboard, which will walk you through what to do next.

To claim your Logos content, you will need to connect to a Logos account where the content will be delivered.  *Note: if you are already signed in to a Logos account at www.logos.com, you will be prompted to sign in to that account before being taken to the Claim Dashboard.

If you do not have an existing Logos account, click the "Create account" button and walk through the steps.

If you have an existing Logos account, click "Sign in" and enter the credentials for your account.

Once you have signed in to your Logos account, you will notice that the Claim Dashboard has also been updated to show that your account is connected and your Logos resources have been delivered to your account.

Congratulations!  You now have access to your Logos library through the Logos account you connected.   You will also receive a confirmation email like the one below with Subject: "Successful Product(s) claim":
