How to Change Your Subscription

Logos offers both personal and group subscriptions. You can view and adjust your Logos subscriptions from the Subscription Manager.

 

Manage Personal Subscriptions

You can view and adjust your personal subscriptions for any Logos product from the Subscription Manager.

 

Locate the Subscription Manager.

Access the Subscription Manager from any Logos product with a personal subscription. These products include Logos, Logos Sermons, and Logos Mobile Education

  • To access the Subscription Manager in Logos, select your profile icon in the Toolbar and click Your Account. In the web page that opens, click Subscriptions

  • To access the Subscription Manager in Logos Sermons, select your profile icon in the top right corner and click Account Settings. Click Subscriptions in the menu.

  • To access the Subscription Manager in Logos Mobile Education, select your profile icon in the top right corner and click Subscriptions in the drop-down menu.

Manage Your Subscriptions.

Once you have located the Subscription Manager, you can change your Logos subscription tier by following these steps: 

  • Select Manage Subscription.

  • Select Change Plan or Term.

  • Pick the subscription and term you want.
  • Click Checkout to open your cart and then click Proceed to Checkout.
  • Enter payment information and then click Start Subscription. 

You can turn off auto-renew by clicking Manage subscription and clicking Stop auto-renew from the Subscription Manager. This will cancel your subscription on the next renewal date.  

 

Manage Group Subscriptions

In most cases, only the billed user can make changes to a group subscription. Please contact customer support if you need to change the billed user for a subscription.
