Logos offers both personal and group subscriptions. You can view and adjust your Logos subscriptions from the Subscription Manager.

 

Manage Personal Subscriptions

You can view and adjust your personal subscriptions for any Logos product from the Subscription Manager.

 

Locate the Subscription Manager.

Access the Subscription Manager from any Logos product with a personal subscription. These products include:

For each product, the Subscription Manager is accessible from the account menu in the top right-hand corner of the webpage. Expand the menu and click Subscriptions.

 

Manage Your Subscriptions.

You can change your Logos subscription tier by following these steps: 

  1. Sign in to your Logos account here
  2. Navigate to your profile and click Subscriptions 
  3. Select Change plan or term 
  4. Pick the subscription and term you want
  5. Click  Checkout
  6. Click Place Order 

You can turn off auto-renew by clicking Manage billing and clicking Stop auto-renew from the Subscription Manager. This will cancel your subscription on the next renewal date.  

 

Manage Group Subscriptions

In most cases, only the billed user can make changes to a group subscription. Please contact customer support if you need to change the billed user for a subscription.
